AyurVeda AG sells its high-quality products at retail and wholesale, mainly online. A wide range and excellent customer service are among its main strengths. Since 2018, AyurVeda AG’s activities have been brought together in its new, spacious headquarters in Rain (Lucerne), built according to Vastu criteria.

To strengthen and develop our market position, we are looking for a:

Sales back office employee 80–100% (m/f/d)

As a committed, service-oriented person with a talent for languages, you are the first point of contact for our customers.

Your tasks

• Professional and proactive customer care
• Building and maintaining strong professional expertise in customer care and reliable order processing
• Handling complaints and returns
• Managing quotations and orders for new and existing customers
• Organising and preparing events such as cooking classes, talks, workshops and other events in our house

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a vocational trainer course
• Strong communication skills, customer focus and organisational talent
• Very good written and spoken German and French; English is an asset
• Basic knowledge of Ayurveda is desirable
• Experience in a similar role is an asset but not a requirement. Your motivation and willingness to learn in order to provide excellent customer service matter more to us.
• Enjoyment of sales and contact with people
